Be a Digging Machine

In this activity, students pretend to use shovels and excavators to dig a hole for a swimming pool. They’ll discover the pushes and pulls involved in any kind of work.

This activity does not require supplies.


Prep instructions

Make sure students have enough space to move around as they dig like a digging machine. No other preparation needed.
